Flour Mill Bistro is a French inspired breakfast and lunch spot adorned with casual elegance on the first floor of the historic landmark McKinney Flour Mill. We are located between the New City Hall and TUPPS Micro Brewery. Dine-in guests are encouraged to lounge-and-work and have business meetings in the lobby. We also have to-go service for all items as well.
